Nadia & Roy!!
Hey family and friends, I hope you had a great week! It was a marvelous week here in the mission filled with joy and miracles.
We received transfer news! I will be staying here in David, Chiriquí for my 5th transfer, and I am so STOKED. I could not be any happier. It's the promised land. Sadly, my comp Elder Garrett is leaving just after 1 transfer. It was a transfer full of ups & downs, but many miracles. I will miss him for sure but I know that there are people in a different part of Panama that need him. My new comp is Elder Gomez and he is a tank! I'm looking forward to serving with him and moving the work forward.
Nadia finally got baptized! I am super blessed that I was able to be a part of her whole process learning about the Gospel and the importance and impact that it would have in her life. The Gospel is literally everything. Living it is the way to find true joy, peace, and eternal happiness with our Heavenly Father, His son Jesus Christ, and our families.
Roy also got baptized! He is a teenager that we had been teaching for awhile too. He's already starting to do family history work and thinking about serving a mission! He's a stud. His entire family who aren't members came to support him as well! It was a special day.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing these two children of God enter the covenant path.
On Saturday before the baptism, we took 3 youth, who are preparing to serve missions, out to contact and teach with us. It was sweet!
Love you all heaps,
Elder Felt
Pic #2 - Shout out to all the elders that taught Nadia on exchanges:)
