Time Is Flying!

Buenos días cómo estamos??

I hope your week was a good one because it was surely a good one over here in Chiriquí! I'll drop some photos and highlights.

-We had exchanges with the APs so it was great to see Elder Medina again haha. His new comp also served here in this area so it was a good time visiting converts and teaching our progressing investigators. 

-Speaking of investigators, we have quite a few coming to church and getting super close to having a baptism date but they all seem to have the same challenges and doubts. It would be sweet if you guys could pray for Nadia Quintero, Joseph Murillo, and Emily and Alfonso Castillo so they can accept our mensaje and gain a testimony of the truthfulness of the Restored Gospel.

-One day while waiting at a bus stop, a bus passed by and somebody chucked a pencil out the window and hit my comp right in the chest. Oh man I was dying so hard. And then the next day at the same bus stop, my comps umbrella broke while it was pouring rain. That bus stop is just not it for Elder Lewis. 

The mission is flying by right now and it's because Elder Lewis and I are having the best time starting the process of finding and teaching new people, seeing many miracles, and having the funniest experiences every single day. There's nowhere else I would want to be right now than serving a mission. Everyone here always ask, "¿pero extraña a su famila?" Of course I miss my family. I miss them every day! 

Pero Vale la Pena because It's just a quick 2 years helping families receive the same eternal blessings and happiness that my family has. There's nothing better than that.

 Remember to read the Book of Mormon everyday! Trust me, it makes a difference.
