20 Years Of Age & 1 Year As A Missionary

Hey what's up everybody!! It's crazy to believe that today marks one year as a missionary and representative of Jesus Christ. This year has been an adventure and discovery of true joy filled with the most incredible spiritual experiences and  miracles. I am beyond stoked to take on another year rejoicing through the happy moments but also the trialing times as I go about serving the Lord, bringing the restored gospel into the lives of His children.

This week was another amazing one! Here's a recap!

- Elder Lewis and I traveled to Panama City for MLC! It was a very uplifting conference filled with the spirit. President gave a powerful training about applying the Atonement of Jesus Christ in our lives everyday in order to become more effective leaders and missionaries. It was a great time seeing some buddies and just being pumped all week to apply the teachings in the zone. But man I gotta say, that 8 hour bus ride is not getting any easier with my long legs haha and it's even worse for my comp. I don't even think he slept at all!

-  We have investigators progressing very well including a brother and sister who are on date to get baptized this Sunday! Their names are Alfonso and Emily Castillo and they are jóvenes full of light.

- Nadia has been to church 4 consistent times now since we first contacted her in the street. We had a lesson prepared with them to help her and her mom with their doubts but something just clicked for them and the mom wants to get baptized but... she isn't married. And we're still trying to help Nadia increase her testimony of the Restored Gospel so that she can have the desire to be baptized as well. We have faith that the spirit will continue to testify and that she will receive an answer. I have high hopes that one day she will be a strong faithful member of the church especially because she goes to church on her own with her mom. She's super awesome!

Thank you for your love family and friends, keep moving forward and move forward living the Gospel every day!

Con mucho amor,

Elder Felt
